1. Complete your Employee Blueprint
Note: Please complete your StrengthsFinder assessment before completing your Employee Blueprint
These one-page overviews are a great way to get to know your teammates! They live in Sharepoint and on the wall in our office — check them out!

Email a candid photo to Carolyn Buck: carolyn@fsmgmt.co
When your Blueprint is complete, Carolyn will send it back to you for review.
2. Send a professional headshot
Twice per year, we invite a photographer to our All-Team Quarterly Meetings to update headshots for anyone on the team.
Until then, please email Carolyn Buck a headshot for the Team page, or let her know if you don’t have one available.
*the use of the LinkedIn is optional! However, if you choose to have an account, please at least update your employment so there isn’t any confusion. Banner image is also optional.
3. Update your LinkedIn profile
Foresight uses LinkedIn to reach potential and existing clients, share resources, and promote our brand. It’s important to have our employees accurately listed on LinkedIn, if they choose to engage on the platform.

4. Set up your email signature
We’ve created an easy-to-use template with links to instructions on how to update your signature to be consistent with our organization’s brand.
5. Learn Foresight meeting cadences
There are two recurring, company-wide meetings you are invited to attend. You’ll receive calendar invites from Craig Beghtel.
Friday all-team Morning Meeting
Every Friday
8:45–10:00am ET
Virtual (on Teams) or In Person (Superior Room)
Standard Agenda:
15-minute “Friday Learning” from a team member
Highlights and lowlights (sometimes in breakout rooms)
Failures, new things you tried + what was learned
Opportunity to lift up teammates who exhibited our Core Values
Quarterly all-team Meeting
Once a quarter
Full-day (Thursday)
