Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor:
   This sweepstakes is sponsored by Foresight Management located at 1425 Coit Ave. Suite #100, Grand Rapids, MI 49505 and will be referred to here as "sponsor."

2. Eligibility:
   The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Indiana who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period:
   The Sweepstakes begins on 9/10/24 at 12:00 am EST and ends 9/12/24 at 11:59 pm. (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter:
   To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must drop their business card in the bowl at the Foresight and Cornerstone booth at the Toyota Tsusho North America (TTNA) Training and Compliance Symposium or complete the online form located at www.fsmgmt.co/ttna-sweepstakes . Limit one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Winner Selection:
   Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about 9/14/24. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prizes:
   Each winner will receive a digital $150 gift card to Allbirds. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Odds of Winning:
   The odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Notification and Verification of Winner:
   The potential winner will be notified via email within 3 days after the drawing. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. When confirmation of the email address is complete, they will receive their digital gift card.

9. General Conditions:
   The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical errors or failures of any kind that may affect your ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

10. Limitation of Liability:
    By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.

11. Dispute Resolution:
    All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Indiana having jurisdiction.

12. Privacy:
    Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Sweepstakes or as required by law.

13. Miscellaneous:
    All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or any entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the Sponsor's control affect the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes.
